Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications: Any Degree (B.E/B.Tech, BCA, B.Com, B.Sc, or

Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience
Skills:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge (hardware/software issues)
Ability to handle customer queries via voice support
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24/7 environment)
